Spectrum App on Xumo

I have Spectrum's ultra Internet (1GB) and their router and modem. Overall, the Xumo works fine, but on startup, the Spectum app appears as a small box in the lower corner of the screen. There is no way to enlarge it or fix it, aside from selecting the home button and starting all over.

    Sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue with the startup screen on Xumo, I'm happy to help! Are you able to click on the small box in the lower corner of your screen?
