Frame rate problems

in Spectrum TV App Feedback - ROKU and Other devices

Switching from Netflix, Prime movies to Spectrum streaming causes the Spectrum channels to appear in a herky jerky frame rate. I have to restart Spectrum to eliminate the problem. I'm on Roku Ultra and am wondering if there is a permanent fix?

The app works in conjunction with your internet modem, so it's typically best to reboot the modem and router to resolve the issue. Is this a constant occurrence?
