In reviewing your modem connection, I'm not showing an issue with the various signal levels currently or within the recent history, however do see the timeout events in the logs as well as a few periods where the modem appears offline. This would require a service appointment to further address. We can set one up for the first available if you'd like, then you can manage the appointment via the My Spectrum App or spectrum.net if you need to reschedule.
I also see you've contacted us via social media previously, so that is an option as well, or any other support method if you prefer.

Probably bad ground/shielding or an unterminated port/cable somewhere nearby letting stray signals in. That 343 mhz signal is in the range for things like security gates, automated doors, etc.
