How to have SBB auto power on?

Hi there, a client has 7 SBB. Due to storm outages in the area, the Set Back Boxes easily trip and turn off. Same goes for the TV screens. I have the SBB configured to not sleep or power off automatically. Perchance, can the SBB be configured to auto power on? Due to the location of the SBB, fitting in a UPS unit is not an immediate option.
A NAS for example has WOL & Auto Power On as a feature. Curious as to what thoughts you may have. Thanks!
