    Ok, for the app if you test it on another compatible device or from Spectrum TV from a browser, does the behavior persist there as well?

    this happens to me fairly often-starts fine but gets out of sync I back out and resume and it usually clears it up (using Roku with app)

    Have you reboot your Rocku and the Internet modem?
