Google/Yahoo Email Compliance checks failing for Spectrum email address
- You were not able to pass either SPF Alignment/Authentication or DKIM Alignment/Authentication.
- Your DKIM header was missing one or both of the required header in the h tag which is a list of headers to be used in the signing algorithm to create the hash found in the b= tag. The order of the headers in the h= tag is the order in which they were presented during DKIM signing; therefore, it is also the order in which they should be presented during verification. The value is a list of header fields that will not change or be removed.

Hi & welcome!
Sorry for any issues with Spectrum email. Are you also getting an error message, and is this happening when you send email to a Spectrum email or from a Spectrum email?
Thanks!

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
user@yahoo.com (reacted)
(while not connected): 554 5.4.7 [internal] exceeded max time without delivery

Thank you for that information. So is the issue happening when trying to send to a Spectrum email address or when trying to send from a Spectrum email address?

Just one yahoo user. I can send to same yahoo user from other non-Spectrum accounts.

Okay so the person you are emailing may have an issue with accepting emails from Spectrum accounts. I was able to run a check on your email address and it's showing as having no issues.
