    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!

    I was able to locate your account using your login information to the community. I am not seeing any known issues in your area and your modem and router look good. Can you please reset the modem and router by unplugging them from power and the screw in coax cord from the modem for 30 seconds then plug them back in to see if that helps.
