Novi, MI Recent Outages

What is happening in Novi, MI? I've had Brighthouse/Spectrum internet for many years with zero outages. In the last 30 days, we have lost service more times than I count (absolutely not weather related).

This is not an isolated issue, social media reports from many others in the area. What is the issue and what is being done to fix it?

    I'm sorry our internet service hasn't been consistent. Outages can be caused by many things besides weather, such as power outages or line damage from car accidents, construction/digging, vandalism, wildlife, etc. I was able to locate your account and I do see outages we had on 10/17-10/18, and 10/22, and have submitted a request to credit your service charges for those days. I've checked your modem and also only see it going offline on 10/17 and 10/22. If you are losing service more than just those days, I recommend rebooting the modem and router and contacting us again if the issues persist afterward.
