delays and sync issue

On demand is experiencing alot of sync issues ..When will this be resolved? It is incredibly frustrating..Pay alot for service. It's been happening for months now. Any fixes?

    Welcome to the Community Help Forum! We're sorry to hear of the quality concerns you're facing with the TV. For the behavior you're facing though, since it started has any particular troubleshooting steps been tried?

    If not, would you be able to unplug the cable box's power cable, count to 15, then plug it back in to see if that helps resync the signal? Let us know if you do this!
