How to watch TV online using Spectrum?

I tried watching TV online using the https://watch.spectrum.net/livetv website on the Firefox web browser on my Windows operating system computer. However, I get a pop up window on every channel that says the channel is unavailable.

Is anyone else having this problem?

    Hi @MarjorieCurry, welcome to our community!

    I'm sorry for the trouble with our TV service. Has it worked on this computer before in the past? Are you able to test another browser, and/or a completely different device? Can you reboot your internet modem and router, and run a speed test to verify you have a good connection?
