Web-Mail Account Lost
What happened on 11/4/24? Customer for 15 years and they lost my e-mail account. They said it was on an older system they could not recover, yet when trying to use the same e-mail address, they said it could not be used because it already existed. The Chat Support said there were no alerts on the account they were going to sundown any email accounts. That e-mail address was the only reason I have not looked for other services. I did not want the hassle of changing all of my accounts to use a new e-mail address.

Still having issues. Trying to either get the original e-mail address setup to forward to the new one or make it an alias as I still have valid e-mails going to that account. None of the Spectrum Chat Reps have been able to assist with that so far. Run around saying I need to visit a Brick and Morter Store to resolve the issue. :(

I'm very sorry our webmail isn't working and our agents haven't helped. I don't see any issues with your email from my end, it appears to be active. Are you able to sign in at Spectrum.net and then select "Check Email" to the left? If not, where do you run into trouble and are you getting an error message?
