Audio sync
why has the audio lapse not been fixed yet? I have Roku and do not have this problem with other apps! Cannot be my cable and tv. The app is up to date!

Welcome to our Community Forums! Sorry to hear that you're experiencing audio lag with our Spectrum TV app, I'm happy to assist! Our app works in direct conjunction with your internet modem. Please sign out of the app, reboot the modem then sign back into the app. Let me know if this helps.

that has been done multiple times. We even had a technician come to our house. It is clear it’s the Spectrum App because no other app on my Roku does this.

I certainly understand. However, I've checked your modem diagnostics and the modem hasn't been rebooted in a couple of months. Since our app (unlike other apps) works with our modem, it is important that we start with that step.

I have rebooted the modem and the audio is still out of sync. It is always when I watch something from on demand. This doesn’t happen with any other streaming app

Do you have another device you can check such as a smart phone or even a computer? Knowing if it is Roku specific or if the same issue is happening on any device you are using will change how we help troubleshoot to get this resolved for you.
