Spectrum TV App on Apple TV Problems

Some channels are very jerky. NatGeo this morning is glitching every few seconds. CNN backs up and repeats the previous 2 or 3 seconds. This happens on several other channels, too. I've restarted the Apple TV and the glitches are still there. I have dozens of other streaming apps that never do this.

App Version: 3.9.1 (4.150091106)

Connection: Ethernet

ATV Make: AppleTV11,1

Model: 32 GB

Software Version: 18.1

    Sorry to hear that you're experiencing streaming issues with our Spectrum TV app, I'm happy to help! The app works in conjunction with your internet modem. Please sign out of the app, reboot the modem then sign back into the app. Let me know if this helps.

    Mine also just recently started this behavior. Only on certain channels. Nat Geo, Disney.
    It does the same with Apple TV or running through Spectrum app directly on Samsung TV. Signed out and back in. Rebooted modem. Rebooted Apple TV. Pulling 496 Mbps down. Still glitchy.
