My understanding is that Google already issued the security November patch for the Android operating system. It is up to the carriers to disseminate this update. It is nothing that the google store can help. So, it would appear to be a timing or maybe a review process. I await on Spectrum.

For any locked devices we have to approve it for stability/security first and then we are able to release it. You can find more information about our update process with our mobile devices. -Lyn
