Do you think you will be adding the thumbnail feature to the fast forwarding on recorded shows

I notice you were asked this question and your response was you do not have that option. Will you be adding this option soon? My community just added your Xumo service and there are a number of options that are not working, including being able to rearrange the apps list. There is also a problem with your recording feature. While only recording the new shows being played, the guide reflects old reruns are recording, however, these shows are not going to the cloud. Not sure why this would happen.
I would like to know what we can expect from this service in the near future. At this time, I will be returning the Xumo and opting for the old system
