Welcome to the Community Forums. I can understand the frustration of our service being down frequently this week. We had an issue with our hardware at our Equipment site. Our engineers took actions to resolve the issue but due to the complexity of the issue, it took several days for the repair to be completed. The service was intermittent while the repair was being worked on. We have completed the repairs today and your services should be returning back to normal.
