How do I return Xumo boxes I purchased but did not activate?
Made the HUGE mistake of purchasing these, only to find I cannot simply transfer my existing accounts/subscriptions to it. No info online about how to return and the chat feature here is absolutely worthless. FTR, only cam back to Spectrum because I moved and my new location does not have the AT&T Fiber option.

If you purchased your Xumo's at a store other than Spectrum, take the Xumo along with your receipt to that store to get your money back. If you got your XUMO from Spectrum, you can just return it to a Spectrum store, and should be able to exchange it for a traditional cable box or DVR. You will need to have Spectrum add the new box to your account. They should be able to do that at the Spectrum store. Or you can do it online, through the Spectrum app, or by calling customer service.
