Is anyone experiencing their WiFi router just losing connection to wifi

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!

    I was able to find your account using your login information. I am not seeing any known issues in your area. Your modem shows fine as well. The router however is showing some disconnects recently. Can you please reset the modem and router by unplugging their power cords and the screw in coax cord from the modem for 30 seconds then plug it in to see if this helps? It will also give us some updated information to help diagnose any issues.
