I guess they fixed their auto pay with the credit card issue?
I had such a big problem trying to make spectrum realize that they had a problem on their end with adding a credit card to the auto pay system. the app Simply would not accept my card from velocity credit union. They said it was on my end, but it wasn't. My bank said that there was absolutely no withdrawals attempted on my account from spectrum. I went over and over trying to figure it out with spectrum, even giving them my credit card number and having them try to enter it on their end and they were unsuccessful. And lo and behold one day months later, out of the blue, it's now working. I'm guessing that they finally realized that they really did have a problem. Even after telling them I use my card on everything all the time, they simply would not believe it and they kept calling my card bad. It was so very very upsetting for spectrum to do this.
My question is this, did anybody else experience this problem or, is there anybody at Spectrum that can tell me that they did in fact find a problem and it's fixed now? Or, am I gonna have to deal with this next month
