Favorites
When I update my favorites on my Roku Spectrum App the favorites does not update. Is there a special way to update that I am not aware of?

Thank you Kristina, I did not provide enough information to explain my problem properly. I understand how to select favorites. The problem is, the app does not recognize my changes. I double checked to make sure the channels were selected as favorites and they were. Yet the app still does not recognize them.

Are the channels not showing up in your guide when you filter by favorites, or is there someone else you are referring to it not recognizing them?

Thank you. If you have another device like a smart phone or a computer to check our website, do the favorites seem to load okay on there or are they missing as well?

Many of the channels that I have selected as Favorites do not show up when the Favorites filter is used.

App on my phone works fine. All favorites appear.

Hello @Mavericksfp_13;
It is possible that the Spectrum TV app is not properly logged in. I would recommend you go to the settings and select the option to sign out. Open the app again and make sure to login with your Spectrum login. If this does not help then I would recommend removing the app from the Roku and install a fresh copy of it from the app store. This will clear any old data that is preventing from the favorites from loading.
