DVR Recordings Go Black

I’m beside myself, many of my recordings go completely black around the 20 minute mark, it then restarts or just won’t play. Why has this been happening for over a week?!?!?!? Please fix, DVR is completely worthless right now and I’m not happy.

Welcome to the community @Anac26. What kind of device are you accessing the Cloud DVR on?

    Welcome!

More than a week is an issue? With everything off, try unplugging everything for five minutes and rebooting your equipment If this comes back, call Spectrum Customer Care to get a tech out to check your signals and lines. With Cloud DVR being totally Internet based you should get your lines and signals checked out with a tech dispatch.

If the equipment reboot does not help or the problem returns, checking out the signals and lines is the next step. If they are bad, your tech will replace them. If they are good the tech will update any Internet equipment that you rent from Spectrum. If your lines are good, the tech will upgrade things like your modem and router. Spectrum is now pushing out the newer Doc Sis 3.1 modems and routers with stronger dynamic range, But if your signals and lines are bad, they need to be replaced first, or new equipment won't do anything.
