Welcome to our Community Forums! We are happy to help with your email questions! You can find instructions on deleting an email account below:
How to Delete Email AccountsA Primary user can delete another user’s email account:
- Sign in to Subscriber Self Care as the Primary user.
- Select Manage User next to the user you want to delete.
- Choose Delete.
- Select Update.
In order to delete the Primary user’s account, you’ll need to delete your entire account.
Note: A Primary user can recreate an email address within 60 days of its deletion. In this case, your email box will be restored automatically.
