I keep getting an error code ILP-9000. IPad was rebooted and app was reinstalled.
Does anyone else have this issue?

    Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with our Spectrum TV app, I'm happy to help! I see it's been a couple of months since the modem was last rebooted, the app works in conjunction with your internet modem. Please sign out of the app, reboot the modem then sign back into the app. Let me know if this helps.

    Unplugging the modem and router from the power for 30 seconds then plugging them back should suffice.
