Can We Watch Streaming Services through HD/DVR Box?

Can we watch Disney+, Paramount+, etc., through our HD/DVR boxes? I have an eligible plan, can already view Netflix and YouTube via the set-top box, and there appears to be channels (e.g. Channel 2421 on my box for Disney+) on my set-top box dedicated to these streaming services. Same with Max.

Thanks in advance for your feedback. I suspect many others are wondering the same.

    Thank you for reaching out to us about being able to access options like Disney+ or Paramount + using the equipment that you currently have. At this time those options are not available with those boxes. They are available using our Xumo boxes or other streaming devices like a ROKU/smart TV.     @Lyn_T, thank you for your response. Netflix is a streaming service, and I am able to view Netflix content by going to a dedicated channel on my HD/DVR box. Why can I not do the same with the other streaming platforms?

    At this time, that option is available with limited boxes. However, I can definitely understand how nice it is to have access to those options in the one location. It is not currently available. I would be happy to forward your feedback along to have this option added to the boxes. Thank you for providing the feedback. -Lyn
