Internet

My internet frequently drops for a few seconds to a couple minutes throughout the day. Applications sensitive to this, i.e. streaming applications, will often stop, create errors, and need to manually be restarted.

I've restarted, reset, modems, routers, devices, etc. with current firmwares updated. Is there a way Spectrum can monitor and track the connectivity?

    HI & welcome!

I was able to locate your account using your registration information. I am not seeing any apparent signal issues, however I am seeing that the modem has been online for 68 days. A full restart of the modem by unplugging it for at least 30 seconds, then plugging it back in should be completed as a first step. I also included some additional troubleshooting you can try, but restarting the modem usually resolves most issues.

If the issue continues after restarting the modem, let us know.
