Switched to TV select (15) I was told I could change my selected channels

When I switched to TV select I was told, by the person in the office, I would be able to change my 15 selected channels as often as I desired for the first 30 days online. However, after calling and being handed off 6 times I was told it was not possible to change your selection unless you called in to a helpline, far from convenient. Far as I know there is no other way to preview channels so you need to make a selection call the help line (wait) (wait some more) give whatever Identification they desire than wait some more….not a good setup. For a internet provider Spectrum should have a working website. The search for a better option continues.
