MyTV has had “To Be Announced” for 3+ months. Can the guide be updated?

    On what device are you see the "To Be Announced information?" A traditional cable box or DVR? The XUMO streaming box? The Spectrum TV app? Or the Spectrum TV online website? Or are you using a third party device such as a Roku or Apple TV, or Smart Phone?

    Have you rebooted the device within the last three months to see if that updates the data? Also, when you tune to the channel that has My TV, is My TV programing there? Or is it a blank screen? Or is it also "To Be Announced?"
