Cant get my email to work with Outlook connection to server is dropped

I have a business email with Spectrum. it was working fine and then it stopped sending out. Removed account and tried to add it back on it will not go back on with the settings I have been using. I have two business accounts that will not send. I've been hours with microsoft and have been through all the troubleshooting and still it wont work. Incoming I use imap.biz.rr.com 993 and outgoing I use smtp.biz.rr.com 587. Its always giving the error my smtp dropped. I'm at wits end trying to get this solved.

    Hi @Mgeservices, welcome to our community!

    I'm sorry for the trouble our email service. Are you able to send emails through our webmail? If so, are you able to test a different mail client besides Outlook?
