Apple Services UNREACHABLE/BLOCKED while on Spectrum WiFi

Since today (unsure exactly when) none of my Apple devices have been able to reach Apple services such as Apple TV streaming, Apple App Store, or even update while connected to WiFi. I have verified that regardless of device (e.g. Apple TV, computer, phone), these services are unreachable. All other WiFi-connected apps like YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon Prime work fine for streaming on these same devices. It’s isolated to just Apple services.
When on CELLULAR, all combinations of device/service work fine—it’s exclusive to being on Spectrum WiFi from what I can tell.
I’ve also updated and rebooted all network devices such as my modem and router, and even reset my router once to flush out all devices but to no avail. I cannot factory reset any Apple devices though since they can’t reach the required servers (same block). The instant I connect to wifi, no more Apple service. I also made no change to any security settings on my router that would block something specific to Apple, and since it’s affecting ALL devices, it has to be beyond Layer 2/3 at this point.
Spectrum support: is it possible a routing change was done at a higher level? Can you check if there is a DNS issue/edit perhaps that occurred today?
Please investigate!

Hi @KeelyC, welcome to our community!
I'm sorry you can't connect to Apple when using our internet service. We're not aware of any problems that would cause this. Is it impacting websites too or just the apps? I'm not able to communicate with our router, do you have your own connected? If so, can you test if ours has this issue, or alternatively connect a device straight to the modem with ethernet, reboot the modem, and check if the issue persists?1 -
Good morning, William.
I do use my own router, but I’d already cleared settings to test if the problem was there but no change. I will attempt connecting directly to the modem as suggested after work today and report my findings! I appreciate your quick response!

William,
It looks like the issue resolved itself overnight. Phone, Apple TV, and computer able to reach the services that didn’t work yesterday. I’m assuming it was happening at a higher level and it got resolved. All good here now.
