My Spectrum on iPhone not working

Every time I sign in to My Spectrum iPhone app and go to Manage Voicemail, the app reverts to the home screen. I used to be able to check voicemail messages but not now. I have deleted the app and re-installed but still not working properly for voicemail. All other parts of the app are ok.
Any suggestions or do the app engineers just need to identify the issue and fix?

The Manage Voice mail option will link to our spectrum.net website. The default browser you are using on the iPhone may not be compatible with the launch of our site. You can go directly to www.spectrum.net and log into the site to manage the Voice mail.

I have been using the My Spectrum app on my iPhone successfully for as long as the app has been released to the market. And periodically portions of the app don't work and Manage Voicemail is one of the. But it typically is fixed with a pretty fast update from the developers. Not in this instance.
on my iPhone the My Spectrum app defaults naturally to Safari. At your suggestion and as a test, I signed in to Spectrum.net and went to Manage Voicemail and it worked. I used Safari to sign in.
So in my example coming in another way as suggested, Safari is working fine and the My Spectrum app has the issue.
Perhaps you can let the app developers know the problem.

I wanted to follow-up on this issue. I was able to replicate the issue you are reporting on my personal account, I get an error message "We couldn't process your request". However, on our local test account, the link works as expected.
I have reached out to our contacts the oversee spectrum.net and asked them to advise on next steps. I will circle back when I get more information or if I need to clarify any information on what you are seeing. I have included a screenshot of the error message I am seeing. If you are seeing something different, please let us know.

Tks your followup.
On mine, I tap Manage Home Phone and then screen connects and says Your Home Phone is Connected. I then scroll down to Voice Access and tap Manage Voice But then it it reverts back to the original Home screen.
I used to get We Couldn't Process… message from time to time but not in this instance.
