MySpectrum app on iPhone never works

The MySpectrum app on my iPhone 16e never works. It never worked on my iPhone X either. I would launch it and it would attempt to launch, then crash. It maybe launched successfully less than 10% of the time. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling. It doesn't work on WiFi or cellular.
