tv stations are on one tv but not the other

I am having an issue in trying to get several channels on one tv. Everything is fine on the other tv. The stations are FREEFORM and FXX, just the two I know of there may be more. They do not even show up in the channel listings at 512 and 516 respectively. Type in the number and it says channel not available. I have tried everything but a hard reset on the xumo box as I really have no desire to enter all the information back in for each app.

    Good morning,

    Yea, don't do a hard reset yet. Are both boxes XUMOS? I would turn off the TV and XUMO. Unplug the XUMO for five minutes just to clear out everything. Than plug the XUMO back in, giving it another 20 minutes to see if the channel comes in.
