Remote doesn’t work

I stopped in to the Spectrum location in North Myrtle Beach and was told that they couldn’t swap equipment out and that we needed to do it online, but I don’t see anywhere to do that on the Spectrum web site. I’m frustrated by Spectrum. What is the point of having a store when you won’t replace equipment!?!

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I do apologize that you were not able to swap equipment. The Spectrum store should still be able to swap equipment. You can visit the store again to pick up the new equipment. We also offer the option to have it shipped to you. You can call our Billing team at 1-855-707-7328 to arrange to have it shipped to you. The actual activation is usually not possible at the store because the equipment needs to be connected to the cable line to activate.
