App bug?

Recently the app will not scroll on any page. If I uninstall and reinstall it will work fine until I close it then next time app is opened its broke again. Quite frustrating. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Hope its fixed soon.

    Yes, its annoying that I can't scroll through the different programs within the App

    Welcome to the Community Forums. Can you provide some details on your experience with the app including the device you are using on it, the version number of the app (You can find this on the Settings page.), and what troubleshooting you have done?

    Also having the same issue and have been having it for months and months. Can't troubleshoot anything on my device and only get to choose from the top 3 choices on any page. Please fix the app, it's nearly useless like this. You're a tech company right?

    @JPatillo,

    Are you able to answer any of the questions asked above concerning the device, OS version, app and version etc? Testing both the Spectrum TV app and My Spectrum app, I'm not able to reproduce this issue.

    Same issue can't scroll on any page in app, can go left or right no up or down. Visible buttons work. But can't scroll down. Contacted support through app and they thought I was nuts. Claimed no issue but lots of people here running version 13.21.0

    Hey there! Thank you all for sharing your experiences, can you please provide some additional information regarding the devices you are using to stream the Spectrum TV app? Can you please indicate the type of device, brand of the device and if you are logged in using your username or via your Wi-Fi signal.
