Update the eSIM QR code

I’m trying to reactivate a phone’s mobile service by scanning the QR code under “add eSIM”. The QR code is provided on the app, but I get an error code saying that the QR code is no longer valid. I tried typing in the QR code details manually but I get the same error message. Please update the QR code information.
