Unfortunately, Spectrum doesn't make it easy to give a shout out to their workers. I HOPE this finds the correct person, and Wilkin gets the praise he deserves.

I don't have his last name, but Wilkin (West Erie service appointment) Was absolutely the greatest. He was kind, on time, informative, and just an outright great guy.

More companies need employees like Wilkin, and I really hope he finds out that his hard work was recognized and appreciated. THANKS WILKIN, I hope others will soon find out how great you are.
