Have Fast forward issues on both my DVRs
There seems to be a software glitch on both my DVRs, where random programs will not fast forward or rewind. The “Slow” modes work fine and well as the “10 second “BACK” function works great.
I have tried resetting the boxes (power on/off)
Contacted customer service to reset the box…
My signal strength is great as it was just checked a few weeks ago when a “new” splitter was installed.
Still no joy 🥲…
When is a new software update coming out for these DVRs?

Welcome to our community platform and thank you for bringing this to our attention! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with this, and I would be more than happy to help. As an avid DVR user, I completely understand the importance of the fast-forward and Rewind button on recorded shows. Having said that, I was able to access your account information using the email address provided in registration. While investigating this issue further, I was able to see that this is currently a company-wide issue that our engineers are currently addressing. At this time, they have not released any information, but I can assure you that they are working diligently to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
