Are the wires supposed to be installed without a cover like this? Internet works but...

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I can understand your concern about the wires being exposed. They should be enclosed. We can send a technician out to fix this. When would you be available for a technician and we will schedule one to come out?

    I work from home so anytime is good, except for Nov 6 & 20.
