The cable guide on TV not working
The cable guide on our TV shows "To Be Announced" on all channels. We have unplugged and rebooted the box, unplugged from the wall. All input seems fine, and available channels are working, just not the guide

If you are still having problems, do another cold reboot of the box, but this time, leave it unplugged for a minimum of five minutes for the old data to clear out, a lot of customers will often plug their boxes back in too soon. TV off completely, unplug completely for five minutes and than reboot.
There are two things you can choose to do if the above does not work:
1.) First is give it time - Many times, these guides will have a data disconnect from the server, and the guide data will repopulate each night between 2am-3am, you can see what happens tomorrow.
OR
2.) Call Spectrum to push a special refresh signal to the box, which repopulates the data.
If you do either of these things and the issue comes back after a short time you will need:
1.) A tech visit to check out your cable signals and drop line, if they are bad the lines may need updating.
OR
2.) If your signals are good, your tech will replace the box. This step is a last resort

Welcome to our community page and thank you for bringing this to our attention and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Using the email address provided in registration, I was able to access the account and confirm this is absolutely an issue with the cable card that is within the box. We can absolutely mail you out a replacement box, would that be okay?
