Why is no one fixing the problems with the recent upgrade?
Since the recent network upgrade in my area 4 weeks ago I have been having nothing but problems with severe pixelating on a variety of channels and dropped acces to premium channels. 3 tech service visits have provided no resolution with explanations of " network hub issues somewhere in the stream" due to the upgrade. I have respect for the techs but losing faith with the parent company.

Welcome to the Community Forums. I do apologize that you have had internet problems for the last 4 weeks since the upgrade. I reviewed your modem and I did observe that the modem has been losing the connection frequently, I also see that your modem is an older model modem and should be replaced. You can stop at one of our Spectrum stores to swap it out. I am also escalating this to our field management to have your issue reviewed and ensure it is resolved. They will reach out to you about your concerns.

Thanks for replying. It's not an internet issue it's a cable TV issue, system wide.
