We are just looking forward to the money we will get back on our bill! Plus the money back for channels that are interrupted by phantom weather- we almost thought we had DirecTV on a clear day!!

Perhaps it's about time to hire new negotiators, one month is ridiculous for any negotiators. Maybe Spectrum and Northwest should try mediation. Better yet, Spectrum should substitute another FOX station in our area and sever ties with Northwest.
Unfair that the broadcast rates are going up and we are not getting all the channels we are currently paying for ... so how much longer do we have to wait, another month, 6 months? Ridiculous. I have DISH Network before for years and this was never a problem. I regret the day I let myself be convinced to switch my TV to spectrum on a bundle deal, whole-heartedly! If the blackout does not end by end of this week, I am pulling the plug and going back to Satellite TV. I live in an area where we do not get broadcast TV from a digital antenna. I hope more people like me follow suit and pretty soon you will be forced to end the blackout, for your OWN sake, if not for your paying customers. That is what I needed to say. Good day.
I have had just about enough of excuses. My cable bill is outrageous and will probably increase in the future so your stock holders can make more money. I am an avid baseball fan. Some games come on the Fox network and I will be unable to watch these games. It’s time we get all of the channels you promised us. Thank you.
These forums are staffed by customer volunteers who have no financial or management relationship with Spectrum. I'm sorry you are still upset that the parties involved have not reached an agreement that will satisfy you. Folks who are impacted need to present their comments and complaints directly to Spectrum management and your state's Public Utilities Commission. That's not a lame excuse, it's simply the law.

I agree. I am also retired. TW/Spectrum's outrageous gouging and now not providing channels we are paying for. When I went to their office and asked about an adjustment to my bills because of these missing channels, I was sarcastically brushed aside with "you are fre to select any provider you want." They just don't care, we're just small change...that was the gist of it. They really have a monopoly in our toen so there isn't much choice. They are scamming the public and getting away with it.
