Mint.com blocked from account

According to Mint.com technical support, their service is being blocked from accessing account information forTWC customers including myself.  Can you please remove the block preventing Mint.com from retrieving information from the site? I use it often to track bill payments and not being able to access my account prevents it from notifying when my bills are due and paid.

Thanks.

Thank you for your feedback.  We require a security review before allowing 3rd party traffic of this sort on our network.  Mint does not follow this process which is why this traffic has been blocked.   We will pass along your feedback and request.

People in my neighborhood do not have this issue with Frontier and Frontier has the same speed ratings.  If it is going to be this difficult to be a costumer, I'd rather switch.

So, this hasn't actually been "solved". We would like to connect via Mint for budgeting/planning reasons. When will this really be solved?
