Modem required constant reset

Quite often my internet modem needed to be reset, sometimes daily. One or more devices (e,g., iPad, Xbox etc) lost internet connection while others were fine. Any suggestions?

If those are wifi devices, could be interference... may need to set a different channel in the router's wifi settings.

One thing in particular to be mindful of:

2.4ghz can be prone to microwave interference on channels from 3 up... and a lot of people may be crowding on channel 1 because it is the better one for avoiding it.

Any hard wired devices? If so, do they also lose connection?

Do you also have tv service? If so, do you have issues with picture freezes, pixelation, drops, etc.?

My hard wired device is always fine. I don't have a regular TV service, only TV streaming.

If your hard-wired devices stay connected, the problem is almost certain to be with the router or WiFi radios, NOT THE MODEM.  Don't try to fix the part of your LAN that i sstill working properly!
