Single channel issues are sometimes caused by connections that are not tight or some
damage to the cable/corrosion on a splitter or outlet.
If you check the connections make sure they are quite tight, see if there are any splitters, what sort of shape they are in, make sure there are no sharp bends in the coax... Do your cables go through a lot of trees or bushes?
If everything checks out I would have you contact us to look into signal levels etc.
