no audio on one channel.

There is no audio on only one channel. The video is fine.  How do I get the sound back?

    First thing I would suggest is powercycling the box if you are still having this issue.

    The steps to disable SAP on the new Spectrum guide are:

    1. Press the Menu button.
    2. Use the arrow buttons to highlight Settings & Support and press OK/Select.
    3. Scroll to Preferences and press OK/Select.
    4. Highlight Audio, Video & Display and press OK/Select, then highlight and select Audio.
    5. Highlight and select Language Preference, and then use the arrow buttons to highlight and select your desired language.
    6. Highlight and select Save to confirm your choice of language.

    I disabled SAP and still no audio. Any other suggestions?

    Single channel issues are sometimes caused by connections that are not tight or some

    damage to the cable/corrosion on a splitter or outlet.

    If you check the connections make sure they are quite tight, see if there are any splitters, what sort of shape they are in, make sure there are no sharp bends in the coax... Do your cables go through a lot of trees or bushes?

    If everything checks out I would have you contact us to look into signal levels etc.
