Spectrum TV on Mac/Safari not connecting giving various codes

Spectrum TV works with Opera and Firefox consistently, chrome and safari intermittently or not at all. What are the correct settings for chrome and safari. drm is set. Spectrum works perfectly on iPhones and iPads with safari and Firefox. what am I missing?

    Hi @DaveW and welcome!

    Since the app is working perfectly on iPhones and iPad, it sounds like you have a solid connection to internet / WiFi. Judging from your post, it sounds like you are using a laptop or tablet for chrome and safari. Please try clearing the cache and browsing history and let us know if that resolves the issue. You may also need to restart the modem. As well, let us know if the device being used is not a laptop or tablet.
