Switching from Directtv to Spectrum for internet and tv

Self install kit was done properly, but neither the modem or the router will connect. I am thinking the issue is the directtv coax cable they told me would work when connected. But I’m not believing it and can’t find anything else wrong. Any advice ?

    Hi and welcome!

    Have you called in to schedule a service call? You can request a "rescue" installation because the self install was not successful.
