New Router - Cannot watch TV on the App

I recently installed a new router (Reyee AX3200) and when I try to watch TV I get the “connect to in-home WiFi” - No issues with the older router. - Internet works fine with the new router

I have restarted the modem and router a few times - didn’t fix it.

I reinstalled the Spectrum TV app, didn’t fix it.

Do I need to “register” my new router for Spectrum to recognize it as my “in-home” WiFi?

    Our apologies that the App is not working with your new router. Have you attempted to reset the modem by pressing and releasing the reset button that can be found on the front/back of the modem? If not, please try that and let us know if you need further assistance.
