No play button on recorded shows

I have the app and it shows my recorded shows but when I go to watch the show it defaults to watch recording on TV. I click on more ways to watch and the "watch here" button is selected but there is no play button to click on to actually watch the show.

    Hi @lucrocs2001, welcome to our community!

    It sounds like you have DVR but not Cloud DVR service (cDVR). The Spectrum TV app can be used to manage recordings on your DVR but not view them back, they can only be viewed through the DVR it is saved to. If you are interested in cDVR I recommend calling 1-855-707-7328​​​.
