There are many websites becoming not accessible suddenly. Happened two days ago. Why?

    We do not block websites. I sounds like you are experiencing an equipment issue. If replacing the equipment does not resolve the issue, please let us know.

    Can you elaborate on your issue? Is this happening on all websites and devices or just certain websites? What troubleshooting have you tried?

    I have called spectrum customer service and tech support, they could not fix it and said the modem and router are not working, need to be replaced.

    Is there any security block currently being added to the modem setting? This has never happened in the past.

    The problem is that lots websites that we can get in are no longer accessible since 2 days ago. This happened in all of my pc, laptop and ipad.

    When I used mobile hotspot, all of these websites become accessible.
